Mr Thira Rodchevid is a team leader for PSMA implementation, under the Department of Fisheries, Thailand. He serves as the PSMA National Contact Point and has extensive experience in PSM implementation, cooperation on illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) vessels, and investigations related to these issues.

Miss Jitpisut Sanboonpeng is a fishery biologist at the Fishing and Fleet Management Division, Department of Fisheries, Thailand. She specializes in monitoring and overseeing foreign fishing vessels under the Port State Measures (PSM) framework and has expertise in onboard inspections and PSM training for Thai fisheries officers.

Mrs Tia Hobson has extensive experience producing multi-year strategic risk and threat assessments for maritime regions across the Pacific, Indian, Atlantic, and Antarctic Oceans, with a particular focus on IUU fishing threats and collision risk analysis.
