Present at SAFET

The SAFET steering committee invites interested parties to submit an abstract for consideration for inclusion in the conference program. Individual abstracts for oral presentations and abstracts for organizing special sessions will both be considered. Special sessions are 1.5 hours long with content and speakers determined by the organizer.

a. The SAFET event steering committee welcomes abstracts from all peoples globally.
b. Authors may submit multiple abstracts for consideration by the abstract review committee.
c. Authors MUST submit a separate abstract for each presentation put forward for consideration.
d. Abstracts must be received no later than 25^th June 2023.
e. All abstracts must be submitted electronically via the abstract submission system. Faxed abstracts will not be accepted.
f. Abstracts must be no longer than 300 words.
g. A brief biography of the presenter for inclusion in the program must be provided, no more than 150 words.
h. By submitting your abstract you agree to include author details, abstract and biography on the conference website and materials.
i. In order to present at SAFET you must register for the 2023 conference.
j. Abstracts without a registered speaker delegate by 31^st July 2023 will be removed from the program.
k. Abstract selection criteria includes: relevance of abstract to conference theme, originality of work, clarity, significance and innovation.
