SAFET welcomes companies who want to showcase their equipment and services at the conference. Trade exhibition packages can be found in the sponsorship prospectus. SAFET 2023 will be held in Bali from October 3rd – 5th, 2023
Registration includes attendance to all sessions during the conference, name badge, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch, Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, and other sponsored events (e.g., happy hours).
Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Cancellation on or before before August 3rd, 2023 – Full refund
Cancellation on or before September 3rd, 2023 – 50% refund
Cancellation after September 4th, 2023 – No refund

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of the Conference, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the conference is owned by the host, SAFET, Sponsors, &/or Speakers presenting at the conference. Participants may not use, reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks or other trade names appearing at the conference, content, or in any materials distributed at or in connection with the conference for any reason without the prior written permission from SAFET.
No part of the SAFET conference may be recorded, reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronically or mechanically, including but not limited to video or audio recording, photography, photocopying or any other information storage or retrieval system known now or in the future, without the explicit written permission of SAFET.
