Bio: Baxter Hernandez is an Investment Associate at Mana Impact, where he supports the COAST Studios programme, a capacity-building accelerator for early-stage blue economy social enterprises across Southeast Asia. He works closely with founders to translate years of technical and operational groundwork into investable, fundable businesses, focusing on financial modelling, fundraising readiness, and business strategy. Baxter holds a Master's in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor's in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Asia and the Pacific, Philippines, and is driven by the belief that durable impact in coastal communities starts with getting the fundamentals right.
