Ellen Anthony is a Second Secretary for Climate at the United Kingdom’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), where she works to advance the UK and Philippines climate, nature and energy partnership. Previously, she has worked for the Government on progressing sustainable development at the UN, and preventing UK homelessness. Before joining the government, she worked in the charity sector. She holds a First Class BSc Psychology degree and a MA in Human Rights.
