Bio Miss JITPISUT SANBOONPENG
Jitpisut Sanboonpeng is a Fisheries Biologist at the Department of Fisheries, Thailand. She has worked in fisheries monitoring, control and surveillance (MCS) for the past five years, focusing on the implementation of the Port State Measures Agreement (PSMA) and inspections of foreign fishing vessels.
She is part of the team responsible for the PSMART system, which supports port inspections and fisheries enforcement in Thailand. She also collaborates with regional and international partners on initiatives to strengthen PSMA implementation and combat illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing and to improve fisheries governance.
