JT Solis is the Co-Founder/CEO of Mayani, the Philippines’ leading venture-backed agritech platform building smallholder resilience among its 10 million farmers and fisherfolk through a “whole-of-value-chain” model: from resilient production to sustainable market linkages. A seasoned e-commerce executive, JT previously served as Vice President at e-commerce logistics group Xend and earlier led global partnerships at Kerson Capital Ltd, a Hong Kong-based fund. Recognized for his leadership at the intersection of tech, sustainability, and impact, JT is a Tatler Asia Gen.T honoree and an Amplifier fellow of the Temasek Trust ecosystem’s PAA and CIIP.
