Mark is a director at CEA Consulting where he leads strategic planning for foundations and nonprofits in climate and marine conservation. During his time there, he’s spearheaded key fisheries technology initiatives, including Electronic Monitoring (EM) projects for major organizations like The Nature Conservancy and Pew Charitable Trusts. Mark has also authored influential global reports on EM in 2018 and 2020, supports OceanKind’s fisheries tech grantmaking, and served on the steering committee for the 2023 International Fisheries Observer and Monitoring Conference.
