Eric Enno Tamm is the Co-Founder and CEO of ThisFish Inc., a Vancouver-based company providing software and artificial intelligence to seafood processors and supply chain operators. Eric is considered a leader in global seafood traceability, having launched a consumer tracing app for seafood in 2011 and is now pioneering the adoption of machine learning and computer vision technologies in seafood processing. He has more than 30 years experience in the seafood industry.
