Salifu Eyiojotule Daniel is the Founder and CEO of AquaProX Africa and AquaProX AI, a youth-led
aquaculture innovation company advancing digital transformation and sustainable fish production
across Africa.
He is leading the development of AquaProX AI, an intelligent aquaculture platform that leverages
artificial intelligence and predictive analytics to help fish farmers improve productivity, reduce
losses, strengthen farm management, and make data-driven decisions.
Salifu has represented AquaProX Africa at several international conferences and innovation
platforms, including the Blue Food Innovation Summit (London), where AquaProX AI was
recognised among emerging aquaculture innovations, and the University of Stirling’s Institute of
Aquaculture, where he delivered a seminar on youth-led aquaculture innovation in Africa. He has
also been featured by Sputnik Africa for his insights on the future of Africa’s blue economy and
sustainable food systems.
His work focuses on building practical innovation ecosystems that connect technology,
entrepreneurship, research, and young people to accelerate the growth of Africa’s aquaculture
sector. Through AquaProX Africa, he champions climate-smart aquaculture, digital extension
services, youth empowerment, and partnerships that improve food security and create economic
opportunities across the continent.
