Atty. Glenda R. Rumohr graduated from
De La Salle University – Manila in 2008
with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political
Science. She obtained her Juris Doctor
degree in 2013 from the Ateneo de Manila
School of Law and her Master’s Degree in
Public
Administration
specializing
in
Fiscal Administration at the University of
the Philippines National College of Public
Administration and Governance this 2026.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Atty. Rumohr is a government official currently serving as Undersecretary of
then National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), now known as
Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DEPDev). Prior to her
appointment at DEPDev, she served as Assistant Secretary of the Privatization
and Partnerships Group of the Department of Finance from 2022 to 2025.

She has more than a decade of experience working in the government service,
with expertise in public administration, public management, public policy,
law, research, project management in local government, and stakeholder
engagement.

Usec. Rumohr has served in various capacities in the different branches of
government including the City Government of Taguig, the Office of the
President of the Philippines, the Sandiganbayan, the Bases Conversion and
Development Authority, and the Department of Social Welfare and
Development.
