Bio: Nadea Nabilla grew up believing engineering could solve real problems for real people. Today, as Founder & CEO of Azura IDN, she's turning that belief into action by developing MantaOne, an electric propulsion system designed with and for Indonesia's small-scale fishing communities. With a background in electronics engineering and a deep respect for coastal livelihoods, Nadea has deployed 40+ units across Bali and built Nelayan Lestari, a community program that reaches 130+ fishers, women, and youth. Her work is a quiet reminder that the clean energy transition is most powerful when it starts from the ground up.
